Workshop-only registration covers just the first day
Early Bird Rates: Friday, 13th June – Sunday, 31st August
Regular Rates: Monday, 7th September – October 23rd
Cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations made by authors/presenters will NOT be accepted.
2. For others, when a cancellation notification is received before September 7, 2025: 50% of the registration fee is reimbursed (minus bank handling charge)
3. From September 7, 2025 No refund
