IMAS 2025 Local Organizing Team has partnered with Daylight Tours & Travel Company to bring you a group safari experience. Details are as follows:

3-Day/2-Night Maasai Mara: Friday, 24th – Sunday, 26th October.

Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara
Depart Nairobi early in the morning and transfer to Maasai Mara National Reserve by road or scheduled flight (flight option available at additional cost). Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at the camp followed by an afternoon game drive in the reserve, spotting a variety of wildlife including the Big Five and many other species. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay at Maasai Mara Sopa Lodge.

Day 2: Maasai Mara
Begin your day with an early morning game drive, the best time to catch predators on the hunt and observe abundant wildlife. Return to camp for a hearty breakfast before a leisurely late morning. After lunch, set out for another exciting afternoon game drive, maximizing your chances to see elusive species and enjoy the spectacular Mara scenery. Dinner and overnight at overnight stay at Maasai Mara Sopa Lodge.

Day 3: Maasai Mara – Nairobi
After breakfast, depart the Maasai Mara mid-morning and transfer back to Nairobi hotel or airport, arriving late afternoon.

4-Day/3-Night Maasai Mara + Lake Nakuru: Friday 24th – Monday 27th October

This 4-day safari combines the flamingo-lined shores of Lake Nakuru National Park with the vast savannahs of the Maasai Mara, home to an incredible variety of wildlife. 

Day 1 & Day 2

Same as above

Day 3: Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park

Depart Maasai Mara early in the morning and transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park by road. Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy another game drive to spot rhinos, giraffes, buffaloes, and the park’s famous birdlife. Dinner and overnight stay at Ziwa Bush Lodge 

Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park – Nairobi
After breakfast, depart the lake Nakuru mid-morning and transfer back to Nairobi by road or flight, arriving late afternoon.

Important Notes

• The entire safari is conducted in private 4×4 safari vehicles with pop-up roofs for optimal wildlife viewing.
• The safari vehicles carry 6pax. We will organise delates into groups of 6 as per personal preference. It is possible to travel as a small group of friends, but this attracts an extra cost.
• The safari dates are flexible but may attract different prices.
• This safari is suitable for all fitness levels; some walking optional during game drives.
• Flight transfers can be arranged on request at additional cost.
