Student/YP Travel Grants

The conference is pleased to provide limited travel grants to offset the costs of attending the conference. The details are as follows:

📌 Key Details:

• Must be a Student (Undergraduate/Graduate) OR YP(Less than 15years in Industry) with limited financial sources
• Must be the first author of an accepted paper to IMAS 2025
• The paper must be fully registered. 
• Priority is given to IEEE MTT&AP members
• Travel Grants is Limited to $500
• Grants are  offered on  reimbursement basis i.e Recipients will bear the costs and receive reimbursement after the conference
• In lieu of the reimbursement, the conference can guarantee their accommodation for the conference period.
