IMAS 2026 VISAS & ENTRY Information
All international delegates require a valid visa to enter the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

below and complete your visa application well in advance of
IMAS 2026.
Tourist E-Visa
For eligible nationalities
Citizens from eligible countries, including most Western nations, the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, and many others, can apply online for a fast and automated Tourist E-Visa.
Conference Visa Support
For delegates not eligible for the E-Visa
If you are not eligible for the online Tourist E-Visa, you may require an official IMAS 2026 invitation letter to apply through a Saudi Arabian Embassy or Consulate.

Eligibility and Requirements
Eligibility:
- Authors: Speakers with accepted papers, posters, or presentations.
- Attendees: Participants who have fully registered and paid for the conference.
- Committee Members: Chairs, reviewers, and session organizers.
Required Information for the Request
- Full name (as it appears on their passport).
- Current postal mailing address.
- Date of birth and place of birth.
- Passport number and expiration date.
- Affiliation (company/university).
- If they have a paper, the title and whether they are a sole author or co-author.
- If they are a speaker without a paper, the title of their presentation.
