This WIE session showcases the growing contributions of women in advancing microwave and antenna research into practical engineering solutions with societal impact. Through poster presentations and a panel discussion featuring leading women researchers from academia and industry, the session highlights innovations in antenna design, RF systems, microwave sensing, AI-enabled wireless systems, and space communications, while emphasizing mentorship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and international partnerships to inspire the next generation of women engineers.
